Plan Fiduciary, Administration and Reporting
Offering a 401(k) retirement plan can be challenging. As a plan sponsor, you need to understand and follow rules and standards, specifically the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA). Stonegate, as an independent Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), will assume co-fiduciary oversight of your 401(k) plan. We will ensure that your plan meets ERISA, and that you are acting prudently, in the sole interest of the plan participants and/or their beneficiaries.
